Fergus leads the team as the General Manager. He oversees the strategic alignment of Radiata's technology product and services portfolio with the customers' business needs. As a tech industry veteran, Fergus has more than twenty years of consultative sales experience within the IT industry. Prior to his role as General Manager, Fergus has served as a senior client executive for multinationals such as Compaq, HP and Gartner.

With over 15 years of finance experience, and an accounting and finance degree, Patricia's wealth of knowledge and expertise has helped companies achieve their business goals. In addition, she has experience working in large multinationals and small firms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In her spare time, she runs and plays in a pickleball club which she founded with her husband in 2021.

Ciara is the Office Manager at Radiata and is responsible for all aspects of internal administration, finance, business reporting and event planning. Ciara has strong administrative and management skills, having worked in that capacity for many years, and before joining Radiata, Ciara worked as an Office Manager for CJK, Teneo and Game on Media.
